Delhi-based dermatologist Dr. Kiran Lohia took to Instagram to share some effective hair care home remedies that actually work.
1. Wash your hair with apple cider vinegar and beer
Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid. Hair that looks dull, brittle or frizzy is likely to be more alkaline in nature with a high pH. The acetic acid in apple cider vinegar helps lower pH and restore healthy hair.
Beer, on the other hand, contains silica, a mineral that can help volumize hair and make it thicker. Washing your hair with apple cider vinegar and beer can help you achieve shinier, thicker hair.

2. Avocado, egg and coconut oil
If you have dry, frizzy hair, a hair mask made with avocado, egg, and coconut oil can help. Mix a little avocado with an egg and a little coconut oil. Apply it to your hair and wait for it to dry. Take a head bath after that. Regular use can help you achieve smoother, softer hair.
Avocado is a good source of biotin. Besides applying it topically to your hair, you can also eat avocado regularly. Biotin can help facilitate healthy hair growth.
