Here’s help for frizzy hair

Naturally curly hair can become frizzy during monsoons, due to excess humidity in the air. Dry hair is porous and absorbs moisture from the air. This causes the hair to swell and become curly and frizzy. Besides hereditary factors, hair that has been repeatedly colored, dyed, permed or bleached can become frizzy. Frizzy or curly hair is usually a cause for despair. It cannot be left open, and the hairstyle can also be a problem. So can reduce the appearance of hair. The first thing you want to know is what causes frizz.
Hair that is naturally frizzy lacks protein and moisture. Chemical damage is a common cause of frizzy hair. Hair that has been repeatedly colored, dyed, permed or bleached can become dry and damaged, leading to frizz. Long-term exposure to chlorinated water, excessive use of hair dryers, and even certain hair styling products can lead to frizzy hair. So can wash the hair with very hot water.
So how do you control frizz? If the hair is dry and damaged, use a mild shampoo. Apply very little shampoo and rinse thoroughly with water. After shampooing, apply creamy conditioner, lightly massaging hair. Leave on for 2 minutes and rinse with clear water. You can also apply a conditioner or hair serum that can be left in place. Nowadays the new buzzword is serum and hair serums are very popular. Very little product should be used. It can be applied lightly through the hair with your fingers. Or, take very little and spread over both palms. Then, smooth the palms over the hair. Another easy way to improve frizzy hair is to take 2 drops of a light carrier oil, such as sunflower oil. Put it on your palms and lightly rub the palms together, so that the oil spreads over both palms. You can smooth the palms over the hair. Or, take the ends of the hair in your palms and scrunch them up. Do the same with the rest of the hair, going up from the ends. It works best on dry hair. Leave the oil on it.
Another simple solution is to mix water with hair conditioner and put it in a spray bottle. Spray the mixture on the hair and then comb the hair, so that it spreads throughout the hair.
Deep conditioning treatments would also be helpful. Once a week, mix one egg, one tablespoon of coconut oil, the juice of one lemon and one teaspoon of pure glycerin. These ingredients must be well mixed. You can use an egg beater if you like. Massage well into the scalp and also apply to the hair. Wear a plastic shower cap and keep it on for an hour before washing your hair.
Once or twice a week, warm pure coconut oil and apply to scalp and hair. Then do the hot towel wrap.
Avoid hot water while shampooing. Rinsing hair with cold water helps frizzy hair. Hot water can actually increase frizz.
After shampooing, avoid rubbing the hair. Simply wrap a towel around your head and let it soak up the water.
Avoid using a hair dryer every time you wash your hair. Let the hair dry naturally sometimes. Avoid brushing your hair. Use a wide tooth comb or dry the hair with your fingers.
If you use a hair dryer at home, use a large round brush. Divide the hair into sections. Pin them up and dry one section at a time. Blow down. Using the hair dryer on the hair can cause more frizz.
